Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) & Booking Details

1. Contract and Acceptance of T&Cs

The accommodation contract is finalized upon confirmation of the booking request and the subsequent deposit.

By transferring the initial deposit (50% of the total amount), the guest fully accepts these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) as binding.

2. Booking and Required Guest Data

For the legally required registration with the local tourism board (eVisitor), we require the following information from all arriving guests:

• Full name and date of birth.
• Full residential address.
• Mobile phone number (for contact during your stay).
• Proof of Identity: A copy (front and back) of the ID cards of all adults and the passport numbers of accompanying children (if applicable).

Note: If you have concerns regarding the transmission of an ID copy, providing the ID card number (along with the expiry date and issuing authority) is also sufficient for registration.

Note on Data Privacy (see also our privacy policy):

Your personal data will only be used in connection with the holiday apartment and legal registration requirements. No data will be shared with unauthorized third parties.

3. Payment Terms Deposit:

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is due upon booking. The booking is only confirmed once this payment has been received.

Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the total amount must be paid no later than two weeks before the arrival date.

The tourist tax is already included in the price.

4. Cancellation Policy (see also our cancellation policy)

Within 48 hours of booking: Free cancellation, provided the check-in date is at least 14 days away.

Up to 30 days before arrival: Free cancellation (after the initial 48-hour period has passed).

30 to 7 days before arrival: Cancellation fees are 50% of the total cost.

Less than 7 days before arrival or No-Show: Cancellation fees are 100% of the total amount.

5. House Rules

Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside the apartment and on the balcony.

Quiet Hours & Parties: Loud parties and events are not permitted. We kindly ask you to be mindful of the neighbors.
