Our cancellation policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can always arise. To ensure both parties have planning security, the following conditions apply to your booking:
- Free cancellation: You can cancel free of charge at any time within the first 48 hours after booking - provided your check-in is at least 14 days in the future.
- Plan with peace of mind: Is your arrival date at least 30 days in the future? Even then, you can still cancel your booking completely free of charge after the first 48 hours.
- Short-notice changes: For cancellations between 30 and 7 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total cost.
- Late cancellations: For cancellations within the last 7 days before check-in or in case of no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Our tip: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance so that you can plan your holiday at the Golden Gecko completely worry-free.
