Our newly built, 4-star certified apartment on the first floor is far more than just a holiday accommodation: We have furnished it exactly as we would want our own home in this exclusive location. Here, first-class design meets uncompromising amenities.

 A paradise for families: Thanks to our immediate proximity to the sea, beach life is uncomplicated and free from heavy luggage – the Adriatic is at your feet 24 hours a day. Two spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, offer privacy for adults and children alike.

 Your private box seats: Enjoy the expansive view of the sea – either from your large balcony or our exclusive outdoor seating area with traditional stone barbecue, which is exclusively available to our guests.

ℹ️ Occupancy details

 To avoid misunderstandings during booking, we recommend the following maximum guest configuration:

• Adults: Max. 4 guests
• Children: 1 child on a comfortable sofa bed (140×200 cm, with real mattress)
• Additional child: Possible upon request and prior arrangement only

 Our apartment can accommodate up to four adults in two bedrooms. A high-quality sofa bed with a proper mattress (140 x 200 cm) is available for a child (even an older child). An additional child is welcome upon request and prior arrangement.

 For our youngest guests: To ensure you have a relaxing trip, we are happy to provide a baby cot and a highchair upon request. Please simply let us know before your arrival.
